Not only in the process of PCB copying, but also in the circuit maintenance, it is often necessary to dismantle the integrated circuit from the printed circuit board. Because of the many and dense pins of the integrated circuit, it is difficult to dismantle, and sometimes it will damage the integrated circuit and the circuit board. Here, we provide several effective methods to disassemble IC accurately, hoping to help you.
Disassembly method of tin absorber: it is a common professional method to use the tin absorber to disassemble the integrated block. The tool used is a common electric soldering iron for both suction and welding, with a power of more than 35W. When disassembling the integrated block, just place the heated dual-purpose electric soldering iron head on the pins of the integrated block to be disassembled. After the solder joint is melted, it will be sucked into the fine tinder. After all the pins are sucked, the integrated block can be removed.
Electric iron brush with disassembly method: this method is simple, as long as there is an electric iron and a small brush. When disassembling the integrated block, first heat the electric soldering iron. When the temperature of dissolving tin is reached, melt the solder on the pin, and then use a brush to sweep away the melted solder. In this way, the pins of the integrated block can be separated from the printed circuit board. This method can be divided into two parts. Finally, pry off the manifold block with sharp tweezers or a small “one” screwdriver.
Disassembly method of medical hollow needles: take several medical hollow needles No.8 to No.12. When in use, the inner diameter of the needle just covers the pins of the integrated block. When disassembling, melt the solder of the pin with a soldering iron, cover the pin with a needle in time, then remove the soldering iron and rotate the needle, and pull out the needle after the solder solidifies. In this way, the pin is completely separated from the printed circuit board. After all the pins are done this way, the IC can be removed easily.
Add solder melting disassembly method: this method is a convenient method, as long as you add some solder to the pins of the integrated block to be disassembled, so that the solder joints of each row of pins are connected, so as to facilitate heat transfer and disassembly. When removing, use electric iron to heat each row of pins, use sharp tweezers or a small “one” screwdriver to pry, and heat the two rows of pins alternately until they are removed. Generally, each row of pins can be removed by heating twice.
Multi strand copper wire tin absorption disassembly method: it is to use multi strand copper core plastic wire, remove the plastic skin, and use multi strand copper core wire (short wire head can be used). Before use, put the multi strands of copper wire on the rosin alcohol solution. After the electric iron is heated, put the multi strands of copper wire on the integrated block pin for heating. In this way, the solder on the pin will be absorbed by the copper wire, and the part that absorbs the solder can be cut off. Repeat several times to absorb the whole solder on the pin. If possible, the braided wire in the shielded wire can also be used. As long as the solder is sucked up, the integrated block can be removed by gently prying with tweezers or a small “one” screwdriver
